滚流(tumble)本来是多气门发动机中应用的一种用于改善发动机性能的空气运动形式,其原因在于由滚流生成的紊流具有尺度大,强度高的特点,可对汽油燃烧产生有利影响。2气门汽油机一般不具备多气门发动机那样的进排气道分侧布置的条件,这为滚流在2气门汽油机上的应用造成障碍。本文作者着眼于目前国内的实际发动机生产水平,摸索了几种2气门汽油机中产生滚流的方案。通过稳流实验及性能实验证明2气门发动机中同样可以产生滚流并能明显改善发动机性能。同时,提出了一种行之有效的2气门滚流进气系统──径向气道法的推荐方案,这种设计可为改善汽油机性能开辟一条新途径。
Tumble was originally a form of air movement used to improve engine performance in multi-valve engines because turbulence generated by tumble flows has the characteristics of large scale and high strength, which is advantageous for the combustion of gasoline influences. 2-valve gasoline engine does not generally have the same multi-valve engine inlet and exhaust side of the arrangement of the conditions, which for the flow of 2-valve gasoline engine on the application of obstacles. In this paper, the author looks at the current domestic actual engine production level and explores several schemes for generating tumble flow in 2-valve gasoline engines. Through the steady flow experiment and performance experiment, it is proved that the two-valve engine can also produce tumble flow and can obviously improve the engine performance. At the same time, an effective 2-valve tumble air intake system is proposed, which is the recommended method of radial airway method. This kind of design can open a new way to improve the performance of gasoline engine.
