以移植性动物肿瘤作模型,观察“癌克星”对肿瘤的抑制作用,以及对正常及荷S180小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果发现“癌克星”每日以5、3.75、2.5g/kg连续给小鼠灌胃9~10天后,对小鼠肝癌22、C26结肠癌及Lewis肺癌的抑制率分别为45.6%、44.4%、22.5%;31.0%、25.1%、20.2%和37.4%、31.3%、21.2%,“癌克星”每日以3.75、2.5及1.25g/kg对S180的抑癌率为31.3%、26.7%和15.1%。小鼠碳粒吞噬实验的结果表明每日以“癌克星”5、3.75及2.5g/kg灌胃,连续9天均可提高巨噬细胞吞噬能力,吞噬指数(K)分别为0.53±0.20、0.40±0.20和0.38±0.10,对照组仅0.22±0.18,实验还指示“癌克星”对荷S180小鼠脾脏T细胞能提高增殖能力,增殖率分别为138.8%、122.2%、112.9%,本剂每日3.75g/kg,连续10天给予小鼠时尚可提高血清溶血素及凝集素。
Transplanted animal tumors were used as a model to observe the inhibitory effect of “cancer nemesis” on tumors, and on the immune function of normal and S180 mice. The results showed that the “cancer nemesis” was given to mice by gavage at 5, 3.75, 2.5 g/kg daily for 9 to 10 days. The inhibition rates of the mice with liver cancer 22, C26 colon cancer and Lewis lung cancer were 45. 6%, 44.4%, 22.5%; 31.0%, 25.1%, 20.2% and 37.4%, 31.3%, 21.2%, “cancer busters” daily The tumor suppressor rates of 3.75, 2.5, and 1.25 g/kg against S180 were 31.3%, 26.7%, and 15.1%. The phagocytic index (K) was 0. .53±0.20, 0.40±0.20, and 0.38±0.10, and the control group was only 0.22±0.18. The experiment also indicated that “cancer nemesis” can exert splenic T cells on S180 mice. The proliferative capacity was increased, and the proliferation rate was 138.8%, 122.2%, and 112.9%, respectively. The agent was 3.75 g/kg per day. The mice were given fashion for 10 consecutive days to increase serum hemolysin and lectin.
