本文拟结合我厂的情况,就如何做好企业的财务管理工作提些粗浅看法,与同行商榷。一、要努力做好预算和财务决算工作1、关于预算预算主要指一整套的财务计划。预算工作的好坏,直接影响企业总体目标的能否实现。编制好预算,有利于协调各部门的工作,明确各部门的奋斗目标,控制各部门的经济活动,考核各部门的工作成绩。这项工作具体包括:销售预算、生产预算、直接材料预算、直接人工预算、制造费用预算、产成品存货预算、销售费用预算、管理费用预算、利润计划、现金预算及资产负债表预算等。
