兰新铁路第二双线百里风区、三十里风区核心区的浅路堑及路堤地段设置防风明洞,其结构形式采用分片预制构件。结合防风明洞荷载和结构特点,介绍预制构件接缝的刚性连接、螺栓连接和钢结构连接后浇筑混凝土的刚性连接,并从使用性能和安全、结构受力和投资、施工方面分析连接方式的优缺点,推荐采用浇筑混凝土的刚性连接方式,根据施工需要也可采用预制构件中预埋钢板与型钢临时连接方式。
