许多实验室曾进行了患者机体免疫能力的研究,证实免疫力对癌瘤的诊断、预后和治疗,可以提供有用的参考;但是研究细胞或体液免疫的技术还远不够理想。近来有人报导,血液中T-淋巴细胞(简称T-细胞)的水平与肺和食管鳞癌、皮肤鳞癌和基底细胞癌以及宫颈癌等患者的临床状态有相应的关系。因而认为血液中T-细胞水平的检查,可以用来估计癌瘤患者的细胞免疫能力。本文的目的就是为了分析头颈部鳞癌患者血液中T-细胞水平是否降低,并且是否和患者的临床状态相关。本组病例为46名头颈部鳞癌患者;其中22例是在切除肿瘤后,以及放射治疗的前、后,都进行了T-细胞检查;另外24例系
Many laboratories have conducted studies on the patient’s immune capacity, confirming that immunity can provide useful references for the diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment of cancers; however, the technology for studying cellular or humoral immunity is far from ideal. Recently, it has been reported that the level of T-lymphocytes in the blood (referred to as T-cells) has a corresponding relationship with the clinical status of lung and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, skin squamous cell carcinoma, basal cell carcinoma, and cervical cancer. Therefore, the examination of blood T-cell levels can be used to estimate the cellular immunity of cancer patients. The purpose of this article is to analyze whether blood T-cell levels in patients with head and neck squamous cell carcinoma are reduced and whether they are related to the patient’s clinical status.
