为了调查和明确淮北地区甜瓜白粉病病原菌的种类及其生理小种,于2015年秋季在淮北市甜瓜主要栽培区的濉溪县、杜集区和相山区总共采集了15份白粉病病原菌。然后将采集而来的白粉病病原菌于显微镜下观察其分生孢子所呈现的形态和状态,并借鉴世界上普遍使用的瓜类白粉病13个生理小种鉴别寄主和鉴定体系再根据其抗感病所呈现的结果,最后初步确定淮北地区甜瓜白粉病菌的病原种为单囊壳白粉菌种(S.fuliginea),且其生理小种为小种1,即race1未观察到其他的生理小种。
In order to investigate and clarify the species and physiological races of melon powdery mildew in Huaibei area, a total of 15 pathogen of powdery mildew were collected in autumn 2015 in Suixi, Duji and Xiangshan districts, the main cultivated areas of melon in Huaibei. Then the collected powdery mildew pathogen was observed microscopically under the conidia presented by the morphology and status, and draw lessons from the world’s melon powdery mildew 13 physiological races identification host and identification system based on its resistance The results showed that the pathogen of powdery mildew of melon in Huaibei area was initially identified as S. fuliginea, and its race was race 1, that is, no other race was observed in race 1 .
