目的观察药物硝苯地平缓释片对老年高血压的治疗效果。方法选取我院2009年4月至2010年8月在我院确诊为高血压的老年患者60例,随机分为常规组与治疗组各30例,治疗组患者采用硝苯地平缓释片进行治疗,1个月后比较两组的治疗效果。结果常规组与治疗组相比,治疗组的有效率明显提高(P<0.01);降压药物的作用更为明显(P<0.01)。结论硝苯地平缓释片对老年患者高血压有明显帮助,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of nifedipine sustained-release tablets on senile hypertension. Methods Sixty elderly patients diagnosed as having hypertension in our hospital from April 2009 to August 2010 were randomly divided into routine treatment group and treatment group with 30 cases each. Patients in the treatment group were treated with nifedipine sustained-release tablets After 1 month, the treatment effect of the two groups was compared. Results Compared with the treatment group, the effective rate of the treatment group was significantly increased (P <0.01). The antihypertensive drugs were more effective (P <0.01). Conclusion Nifedipine sustained-release tablets in elderly patients with hypertension have obvious help, worthy of clinical promotion and use.
