辽曙高粘度原油属低硫环烷基原油 ,密度大 (ρ =0 .99779g/cm- 3) ,运动粘度大 (υ10 0 =12 2 3 .9mm2 ·s- 1) ,其性质类似于一般原油的渣油馏分。以该原油的减压渣油为原料 ,采用调合法制取沥青 ,并对其路用性能进行了评价 ,建立了Frass脆点和 5℃针入度的关联方程。结果表明 :采用调合方法可以制备出符合Q/SHR0 0 4 -1 998要求的AH -70、AH -90高等级道路沥青。该沥青的感温性能优良 ,粘弹区间 (ΔT)大 ,超过了同类沥青的相应指标。利用所建立的Frass脆点和 5℃针入度的关联方程 ,用 5℃针入度可以预测Frass脆点
Liao Shu high viscosity crude oil is a low sulfur naphthenic crude oil, high density (ρ = 0.99779g / cm-3), kinematic viscosity (υ10 0 = 12 2 3 .9mm2 · s-1), its properties are similar to the general Crude oil residue. Taking the vacuum residue of the crude oil as raw material, the asphalt was prepared by the blending method and the road performance was evaluated. The correlation equation between Frass crispness and penetration at 5 ℃ was established. The results show that AH -70 and AH -90 high grade road asphalt with Q / SHR0 0 4 -1 998 can be prepared by blending method. The asphalt has excellent temperature-sensitive properties and a large visco-elastic range (ΔT), exceeding the corresponding indexes of similar asphalt. Using the established correlation equation between Frass crispness and penetration at 5 ℃, Frass crispness can be predicted by penetration at 5 ℃
