目的了解额尔古纳口岸蜱类自然感染贝氏柯克斯体的状况,为Q热的预防控制提供技术支持。方法用套式PCR方法检测野外采集的蜱类携带的贝氏柯克斯体。结果在额尔古纳口岸地区采集的210只蜱中,从3只草原革蜱中检测到贝氏柯克斯体核酸,序列分析结果表明与GenBank中贝氏柯克斯体序列同源性为99%。结论首次从额尔古纳口岸地区草原革蜱中检测到贝氏柯克斯体。
Objective To understand the natural infection status of ticks in Ergosia bank at Erguna port and provide technical support for the prevention and control of Q fever. Methods The nested PCR-based method was used to detect Bemisia krolimi collected in the wild. Results In the 210 ticks collected in the Ergun port area, Becker cochlear nucleic acids were detected from three grass ticks, and the sequence analysis showed that the homology with the Becker cochinchinetes in GenBank was 99%. Conclusion For the first time, C. cynocephala was detected from the ticks of grassland in Ergun port area.
