在光镜下复查了手术切除之食管癌标本100例,对其中2例曾进行超微结构观察。发现多核巨细胞者34例,分化程度较高者,多核巨细胞的出现率也较高,但与间质反应性增生的程度无明显关系。本文详细描述了多核巨细胞的形态与分布。多核巨细胞伸出的伪足包围并吞噬癌细胞。本文材料表明,多核巨细胞显然来源于单核巨噬细胞的互相融合,并清楚地观察到了单核巨噬细胞融合成多核巨细胞的移行过渡过程。本文对单核巨噬细胞与多核巨细胞的功能及生物学意义作了简要讨论。
In the light microscope, 100 cases of esophageal cancer specimens were reviewed and ultrastructural observations were performed in 2 cases. Thirty-four cases of multinucleated giant cells were found. The higher the degree of differentiation, the higher the frequency of multinucleated giant cells, but no significant relationship with the degree of reactive hyperplasia of interstitial cells. This article describes in detail the morphology and distribution of multinucleated giant cells. Pseudopods protruded from multinucleated giant cells surround and engulf cancer cells. The material in this paper shows that multinucleated giant cells apparently originate from the fusion of mononuclear macrophages, and the transitional transition of mononuclear macrophages into multinucleated giant cells is clearly observed. This article briefly discussed the function and biological significance of mononuclear macrophages and multinucleated giant cells.
