血管加压素 (vasopressin ,VP)主要是由下丘脑视上核和室旁核加压素能神经元分泌 ,经轴突 (下丘脑 神经垂体束 )运输到神经垂体内贮存和释放的九肽激素。在人和哺乳类其第八位是精氨酸 (Arginine) ,故又称精氨酸加压素 (Argininevasopressin ,AVP)。近年来的研究表明 ,AVP不仅有缩血管和抗利尿的作用 ,还参与体温、镇痛、学习与记忆及心血管功能的调节。我们应用光镜、免疫细胞化学和图像分析技术 ,对大鼠生后视上核加压素能神经元分泌加压素的发育变化进行了跟踪研究。结果表明 ,新生仔鼠已开始分泌加压素。数据经统计学处理 ,表明新生组与 1周、3周与 4周组存在显著性差异。
Vasopressin (VP) is mainly secreted by hypothalamic supraoptic nucleus and paraventricular nucleus vasopressinergic neurons and transported by axons (hypothalamic neurohypophysis bundle) to the nootropic hormone . In human and mammals eighth position is arginine (Arginine), it is also known as arginine vasopressin (Argininevasopressin, AVP). In recent years, studies have shown that AVP not only vasoconstrictor and antidiuretic effect, but also involved in body temperature, pain relief, learning and memory, and cardiovascular function. We used light microscopy, immunocytochemistry and image analysis techniques to observe the development of vasopressin in the supraoptic nucleus vasopressinergic neurons in rats. The results show that newborn pups have begun to secrete vasopressin. The data were statistically processed, indicating that the new group and 1 week, 3 weeks and 4 weeks group there was a significant difference.
