一个生理性组合的肠菌群对机体是有益的,而病理性组合的肠菌群是有害的。正常情况下,肠道细菌及其代谢产物的产生和排泄与机体营养、免疫、机体的潜在致病性和癌症发生等关系密切。现对人体微生态系统、胃肠道微生态系统、肠菌群平衡失调、胃肠道菌群与危重症患者的关系及了解胃肠道菌群与危重症患者的关系对防治相关疾病的影响等方面进行阐述,为临床工作者在临床实践中提供依据。 A physiologically competent enteric flora is beneficial to the body, whereas the pathogenic combination of enteric flora is detrimental.
