本文报告观察和测量1,500个广州管圆线虫卵的结果:本卵为椭圆形,其中15.33％为宽椭圆形(长:宽<1.5:1),74.07％为一般椭圆形(长:宽=1.5～1.99:1),10.60％为长椭圆形(长:宽>2:1)。卵壳薄而透明。大小为33～64×54～97μm,平均44×75μm。取自雌成虫阴道内的虫卵,几乎都是单细胞期,偶然可见双细胞期。取自鼠肺内虫卵,可见单细胞期、双细胞期、四细胞期、八细胞期以至桑椹期、蝌蚪期和幼虫期。
In this paper, the results of observation and measurement of 1,500 eggs of Aralia gonodulus were studied. The eggs were oval, of which 15.33% were broadly oval (length: width <1.5: 1) and 74.07% 1.5 to 1.99: 1) and 10.60% were oblong (length: width> 2: 1). Egg shell is thin and transparent. The size of 33 ~ 64 × 54 ~ 97μm, an average of 44 × 75μm. Female eggs from the vagina inside the vagina, almost all single-cell period, occasionally visible double-cell stage. Taken from mouse lung eggs, single cell stage, double cell stage, four cell stage, eight cell stage and even mulberry stage, tadpole stage and larval stage.
