目前绝大部分中职学校实施的仍然是以成绩为主的单一式的管理模式,但是也有些学校已实施学分制,但主要以年学分制或成绩学分制为主。随着社会和经济的快速发展,传统的教学模式已经越来越不适应学生的发展,这就要求中职学校也必须开始逐步实施弹性学分制,学校各个教学相关处室及时更新职业教育理念和管理职能权限,重新制订可行的教学计划,对现行的教学管理模式进行改革,促进学生自主、主动的学习,并进一步激发教师的教学积极性,提高教学质量。
