本文研究了含0.5%Al和2.2%Ti的Ni-Cr-Co基合金中γ′相的行为及对合金力学性能的影响。结果表明,合金中的γ′相是富Ti的,在正常热处理条件下成分为Ni2.32,Co0.20,Cr0.60,Mo0.08,Al0.20,T~i0.60,在等温时效期间,γ′质点直径D随时效时间t的变化符合D=D_0t~n幂函数规律。在高温长期时效时,富Ti的γ′发生了向密排六方η相转变,该相与γ基体之间的取向关系为{0001}_η//{111}_γ,<1210>_η//<110>_γ。由γ′转变而来的η相在室温下是一种脆性相,它不但降低合金的强度,而且降低合金的室温塑性。
In this paper, the behavior of γ ’phase in Ni-Cr-Co based alloys containing 0.5% Al and 2.2% Ti and the effect on the mechanical properties of the alloys were investigated. The results show that the γ ’phase in the alloy is Ti-rich, and its composition is Ni2.32, Co0.20, Cr0.60, Mo0.08, Al0.20 and T-i0.60 under normal heat treatment conditions. Under isothermal aging Period, γ ’particle diameter D with the aging time t in line with the D = D_0t ~ n power law. At high temperature and long-term aging, the Ti-rich γ ’undergoes a hexagonal η-phase transition to a dense hexagonal structure. The orientation relationship between this phase and the γ matrix is {0001} _η // {111} _γ, <1210> _η // < 110> _γ. The η phase transformed from γ ’is a brittle phase at room temperature, which not only decreases the strength of the alloy but also decreases the room temperature ductility of the alloy.
