目的:比较拔毒生肌散(BDSJS)对不同皮肤损伤条件大鼠肾毒性的差异。方法:采用最低毒性剂量,以肾脏系数、尿β-N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)、视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP)及肾组织形态学为指标,观察BDSJS对破损皮肤和溃疡皮肤模型不同皮肤损伤条件大鼠肾毒性的差异。结果:与破损皮肤相同剂量比较,溃疡皮肤BDSJS高、低剂量组大鼠的肾脏系数、尿RBP含量均见明显升高,肾小管见明显扩张,上皮细胞病变明显;溃疡皮肤BDSJS高剂量组大鼠的NAG含量未见明显升高,低剂量组大鼠的NAG含量见明显升高。结论:在相同给药剂量下,拔毒生肌散对溃疡皮肤大鼠的毒性高于其对破损皮肤大鼠的毒性。
Objective: To compare the difference of nephrotoxicity between BDSJS and different skin lesions.
