目的探索以肌细胞膜毛细管色谱技术为基础的黄连活性物质研究的新方法。方法制备并表征小鼠肌细胞膜毛细管色谱,以该细胞膜毛细管色谱为活性物质研究手段,快速分析经HSCCC制备的黄连各组分所含活性物质。结果通过本课题建立的方法可将小鼠肌细胞膜固定到毛细管表面,固定后的细胞膜仍具有一定的活性。文章所建立的小鼠肌细胞细胞膜毛细管色谱可对中药黄连所含组分进行快速活性评估,引导分离获得小檗碱等活性物质。结论文章建立的细胞膜毛细管色谱技术介导的黄连活性物质研究的新方法,分析周期短,避免了冗繁的分离过程,可用于中药黄连活性物质研究。
Objective To explore a new method for the study of active substances of Coptidis Rhizoma based on muscle cell membrane capillary chromatography. Methods The myocyte membrane of mouse was prepared and characterized by capillary gas chromatography, and the active substances of Coptis chinensis Franch. Prepared by HSCCC were analyzed rapidly. Results The method established in this study can fix the muscle membrane of mouse to the surface of capillary, and the immobilized cell membrane still has certain activity. The established cell myocardial cell membrane capillary chromatography of the Chinese medicine Coptis contained components for rapid activity assessment, guide the separation of berberine and other active substances. CONCLUSIONS The new method for the determination of active substances in Coptis chinensis, which is based on the technology of membrane capillaries chromatography, has been established in this paper. The method has the advantages of short analysis period, avoiding redundant separation process and can be used for the study of active ingredients of Coptis chinensis.
