我厂居住区锅炉房原设计为两台200马力兰开夏温水锅炉,两台55千瓦水泵机械循环供暖,设计供水温度95℃,回水温度70℃。1964年锅炉投入运行时,供暖面积38191米~2,总耗热量为2426125千卡/小时。运行后,一直保证不了供水温度。室内温度低,引起职工群众的不满,尤其是距离锅炉房最远的三栋单身宿舍更是偏冷。 1969年,我们分析了存在上述问题的原因,主要是: 1.住宅区锅炉房没有配备专职司炉工人,劳力安排很困难; 2.由于是非专职人员劳动,司炉技术和管理水平有限; 3.厂区锅炉房生产的蒸汽,供应厂内生
The boiler house in our residential area was originally designed as two 200-milliliter Lancashire warm water boilers, and two 55-kilowatt water pump mechanical cycle heating systems. The designed water supply temperature is 95°C and the return water temperature is 70°C. When the boiler was put into operation in 1964, the heating area was 38,191 meters~2, and the total heat consumption was 2,426,125 kcal/hour. After operation, the temperature of the water supply cannot be guaranteed. The low indoor temperature caused dissatisfaction among the employees, especially the three single-dormitories farthest from the boiler room. In 1969, we analyzed the reasons for the existence of the above problems. The main reasons are: 1.
