代谢组学是系统生物学的一个分支,它是以组群指标分析为基础,以高通量检测和数据处理为手段,以信息建模和系统整合为目标,对机体低分子代谢产物进行定性或定量分析的一门技术。近年来,代谢组学技术在心血管药理学研究中的应用渐受重视,本文综合了近几年国内外的研究文献,对代谢组学技术在防治常见的心血管疾病如高血压、高脂血症、动脉粥样硬化和心肌缺血等的药物研究中的应用进行归纳,整理出以临床患者、动物模型以及细胞模型为研究对象的相关药理学研究,分析疾病发生发展过程中代谢物的变化规律,总结有意义的生物标志物,为药物作用效果评价及其作用环节和机制研究提供依据。
