本文通过检测第二中间宿主锯齿华溪蟹(Sinopotamon denticulatum)、保虫宿主家猫和家犬感染斯氏并殖吸虫情况,以及问卷调查人群对斯氏并殖吸虫病认知、行为等方法,调查湖北省保康县尧治河自然村斯氏并殖吸虫病流行情况。结果表明,锯齿华溪蟹囊蚴感染率为20.5%(46/214),其中自然村磷矿开发区囊蚴感染率为15.6%(20/128),非开发区为30.2%(26/86),两者差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.5,P<0.05)。家猫感染率为25%(6/24),家犬感染率为17.6%(6/34),两者差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.46,P>0.05)。问卷调查结果表明,家猫与家犬均有溪沟觅食及排便行为。儿童有食生或半生溪蟹习惯。本地具备斯氏并殖吸虫病流行病学所需的自然生态环境,存在斯氏并殖吸虫病流行的威胁。
