目的建立同时测定食品中Ca、Fe、K、Na、Cu、Mn、Zn、Mg、Ni、Sr、Cr、Cd、Co共13种元素的分析方法。方法食品样品中加入硝酸和双氧水,采用微波消解法对样品进行消解,用超纯水将消解液定容或定重至25 m L(g)后,直接采用微波等离子体发射光谱仪进行分析。结果各种元素标准曲线的线性相关系数均大于0.9999,检出限在0.04~3.90μg/kg,加标回收率在89.8%~110.4%,RSD在1.33%~3.85%。采用该方法和电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法同时测定标准参考物质Nist 1549(奶粉)、Nist 1567(小麦粉)、Nist 1568(大米粉)、Nist 1570(菠菜叶)、GBW08501(桃叶)和GBW10051(猪肝)中的多元素,测定值均与参考值吻合,结果准确可信。结论该方法线性范围宽,灵敏度和检出限理想,准确、高效、环保,运行成本低,样品消耗量小。
Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of 13 elements in foods such as Ca, Fe, K, Na, Cu, Mn, Zn, Mg, Ni, Sr, Cr, Cd and Co. Methods Nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide were added into the food sample. The samples were digested by microwave digestion. The digestion solution was fixed or weighted to 25 mL (g) with ultrapure water, and then analyzed by microwave plasma emission spectrometer directly. Results The linear correlation coefficients of various standard curves were all greater than 0.9999. The detection limits were between 0.04 and 3.90 μg / kg. The recoveries were 89.8% ~ 110.4% with RSDs ranging from 1.33% to 3.85%. The standard reference materials Nist 1549 (milk powder), Nist 1567 (wheat flour), Nist 1568 (rice flour), Nist 1570 (spinach leaves), GBW08501 (peach leaf) and GBW10051 (peach leaf) were simultaneously determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry Pig liver) in the multi-element, measured values are consistent with the reference value, the result is accurate and credible. Conclusion The method has wide linear range, ideal sensitivity and detection limit, accuracy, high efficiency, environmental friendliness, low running cost and small sample consumption.
