目的探讨分析产后出血的病因、治疗及预防。方法对本院2006年5月至2008年5月分娩后发生产后出血的36例患者进行回顾性分析。结果本组产后出血原因分别为宫缩乏力24例66.67%、软产道裂伤10例27.8%、胎盘滞留、残留2例5.6%;无凝血功能障碍病例。全部患者经综合抢救均获控制。结论加强孕前健康教育及孕期管理,做好产后出血的预防,对降低产后出血发生率起着重要作用。 Objective To analyze the causes, treatment and prevention of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 36 patients with postpartum hemorrhage after delivery from May 2006 to May 2008 in our hospital. Results The causes of postpartum hemorrhage were 24 cases of uterine atresia 66.67%, soft birth canal laceration 10 cases 27.8%, placental retention, residual 2 cases 5.6%; no coagulation dysfunction cases. All patients were controlled by comprehensive rescue. Conclusion Strengthening pre-pregnancy health education and pregnancy management, and preventing postpartum hemorrhage, play an important role in reducing the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage.
