民族古籍是民族传统文化的重要载体,是中华民族传统文化的重要组成部分。三十多年来,老一辈民族古籍人才抢救保护了一大批珍贵的文献典籍及口传古籍,为我国民族古籍工作奠定了坚实基础。当前出现的少数民族古籍人才严重缺失、专业人才严重匮乏、队伍建设结构不合理、体制不完善等问题,需要站在文化建设和文化体制改革的高度,从引才育才、加强培训、队伍整合等方面着手,系统性加以解决。
Ancient nationality is an important carrier of national traditional culture and an important part of the traditional Chinese culture. Over the past thirty years, the older generation of national ancient talent has saved and protected a large number of precious documents and ancient books, laying a solid foundation for the work of our nation’s ancient books.
