采用长1 m,内径4 mm的气相色谱玻璃填充柱，通过窗图最优化法选出3%OV-17 on Gas chromosorb W AW DMCS 80-100M＋6% QF-1 on Gas chromosorb W WA DMCS 80-100M(24＋76)的固定液配比。用电子捕获检测器检测，该柱在恒温条件下11 min内能将供试的10种有机氯、有机磷农药进行一次分离。
The column was filled with gas chromatography glass (1 m long and 4 mm ID), and 3% OV-17 on Gas Chromosorb W AW DMCS 80-100M + 6% QF-1 on Gas Chromosorb W WA DMCS 80-100M (24 + 76) fixed liquid ratio. Using electron capture detector detection, the column in the constant temperature within 11 min to the test of the 10 kinds of organochlorine, organophosphorus pesticides were separated once.
