随着基础教育课程改革的逐步深化,教师在改革过程中的作用也日益彰显。但是,现有普通高校美术学(教师教育)本科专业的人才培养却与基础美术教育实际出现了脱节,一些高校毕业生在登上讲台后出现了如人文素养不足、专业技能狭窄、教学能力不强等诸多问题。对此,作者以湖南地区湘版初中美术教材为研究对象,对初中阶段美术课程内容进行统计,同时对现有普通高校美术学(教师教育)本科专业课程设置进行抽样调查,将两者数据进行比较,从中找出普通高校美术学(教师教育)本科专业课程设置的弊端,提出普通高校美术学(教师教育)本科专业课程体系与基础美术教育需求对接的实效方案。
