目的对比和分析血浆肌钙蛋白Ⅰ采用胶体金法与免疫荧光法检测的临床价值。方法收集2014年11月至2015年12月入住本院的急性心肌梗死病患30例和同期进行体检的30例健康体检者的血清肌钙蛋白Ⅰ,分别进行胶体金法与免疫荧光法检测,比较两种方法的检测结果。结果两种方法检测结果比较比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);免疫荧光法灵敏性、特异性、符合率、误诊率分别为92.86%、87.50%、93.33%、6.67%,胶体金法为86.67%、93.33%、96.67%、3.33%,两者之间的总一致性为90.00%;免疫荧光法(A)及胶体金法(B)具有较好的相关性,回归方程为A=0.801B-0.174(R=0.980)。结论胶体金法与免疫荧光法均具有操作简单、检测结果准确可靠、检测迅速等特点,均可作为检测血浆肌钙蛋白的有效手段。
Objective To compare and analyze the clinical value of plasma troponin I using colloidal gold assay and immunofluorescence assay. Methods Thirty patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital from Nov. 2014 to Dec. 2015 and 30 healthy subjects were enrolled in this study. Serum troponin I was detected by colloidal gold assay and immunofluorescence assay respectively. Compare the results of the two methods. Results The sensitivity, specificity, coincidence rate and misdiagnosis rate of immunofluorescence were 92.86%, 87.50%, 93.33% and 6.67%, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two methods (P> 0.05) 86.67%, 93.33%, 96.67% and 3.33%, respectively. The overall consistency between the two methods was 90.00%. There was a good correlation between immunofluorescence method and colloidal gold method (B), the regression equation was A = 0.801 B-0.174 (R = 0.980). Conclusion Both colloidal gold method and immunofluorescence method have the advantages of simple operation, accurate and reliable detection results and rapid detection, which can be used as an effective measure for detecting plasma troponin.
