用“C~(14)-乙烯利”进行小麦化学杀雄机理的研究(第一报)

“乙烯利”(2-氯乙基膦酸)是一种有效的小麦化学杀雄剂。用C~(14)标记的“乙烯利”进行示踪结果表明,它易被小麦叶片吸收,并通过输导组织,运转到植株的其他不同部位,尤以进入穗部为多。雌蕊、雄蕊之间分配差异较大。P~(32)根施示踪试验证实,“乙烯利”处理,对小麦植株各部分正常磷代谢有一定的影响,雄蕊的核酸和蛋白质合成受到严重的抑制,从而导致败育;雌蕊部分则受影响较小。“C~(14)-乙烯利”进入小麦植株15天后,经纸层析和放射扫描鉴定,在雌蕊和雄蕊中仍以“C~(14)-乙烯利”形式存在。同时通过人工授粉结实,测定了“C~(14)-乙烯利”在籽粒中的残留情况,初步认为应用“乙烯利”进行小麦化学杀雄制种,对人畜是没有危害的。 “Ethephon” (2-chloroethylphosphonic acid) is a potent wheat chemical killing agent.
