目的:优选复方贝母的醇提工艺条件。方法:以贝母素乙含量作为考察指标,以分光光度法测定贝母素乙含量,以乙醇用量、乙醇浓度、回流时间、回流次数为影响因素,选用L9(34)表进行正交实验。结果:优选工艺为加8倍量80%乙醇,回流提取2次,每次90min。优选工艺提取的浸膏中贝母素乙含量较高。 Objective: To optimize the extraction conditions of compound Fritillaria. Methods: The content of Fritillaria B was determined by spectrophotometry with the content of Fritillaria B as the inspecting index. Ethanol dosage, ethanol concentration, refluxing time and reflux number were used as influencing factors. The L9 (34) table was used for orthogonal experiment. Results: The preferred process was adding 8 times 80% ethanol and refluxing twice for 90 minutes each time. The preferred extraction process has a higher content of Fritillaria B in the extract.
