作为一所原来基础较好的初级中学,如何在当前全面推进素质教育中跃上一个更高的平台呢?我们的办学思路是:牢牢把握各项教育改革的机遇,深入、认真又切合实际地开展教育改革;紧紧抓住课程、课堂与评价的教学改革与实践,在课改实践中转变教师观念,改变教师教学行为,改善学生学习行为,促进学生主动创新地发展。“九五”以来,我校全面实施素质教育,积极推行各项教育改革,在抓课改和争创素质教育实验校等方面取得了较大的成效。
