对黄瓜黑星病抗性不同材料的叶绿素含量和多酚氧化酶(PPO)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性的测定结果表明,叶绿素含量与抗病性无明显关系;接种后24h以内,各材料的PPO及POD活性变化不大,接种后24~48h之间,抗病材料两种酶活性的提高幅度明显高于感病材料,感病材料在接种48h后酶活性才有较大提高,说明接种后PPO、POD活性变化与黄瓜对黑星病的抗性之间有密切关系
The results of chlorophyll content and activities of PPO and POD in different materials of scab cultivars showed that there was no significant relationship between chlorophyll content and disease resistance. The activity of PPO and POD did not change much. Between 24 and 48 hours after inoculation, the increase of two enzymes activity of disease-resistant materials was significantly higher than that of susceptible materials. The susceptible materials increased greatly after 48 hours of inoculation, It showed that the changes of PPO and POD activity after inoculation were closely related to the cucumber resistance to scab
