一、改装原因 Z124摆轮式混砂机是适用于碾制背砂和单一砂效率较高的混砂机。由于生产率高,使碾砂槽内圈的钢板和球墨铸铁底盘磨损十分严重,两班制生产厂只能使用一年,造成每年必须为换内部衬圈与底盘进行拆机修理,影响生产的顺利进行。随着我厂生产的不断发展,要求各种设备经久耐用。也就是提高寿命,延长修理周期,尽量减少停机时间。根据这一要求,结合国内各种比较耐磨的材料的性能和经济性;同时结合此设备在此部位的使用条件,我们选用了低铬稀土白口铁作为改装材料。因为这种材料国内资源丰富,价格一般,而硬度可达HRC 61～65。唯一缺点是冲击性能差。由于Z124摆轮式混砂机此部位上不存在冲击,所以是比较合适的。

As Z124 balance wheel mixer does not exist on this part of the impact, it is more appropriate.
