通过两地飞机维修人员执照和维修人员架构的不同,介绍两地飞机维修的差异。根据香港飞机维修行业能力标准,取其与内地相通的部分,将飞机维修技能单元(UoC)的能力标准引进课堂中,根据能力标准来组织课堂教学内容,让学生所学知识符合行业标准,从而缩短从“学生”到“职业人”的转变时间,增强学生的岗位竞争能力。
The difference between aircraft maintenance in the two places will be introduced through the differences between the aircraft maintenance personnel license and the maintenance personnel structure in both places. According to the Hong Kong Aircraft Maintenance Industry Competency Standards, and taking into account its interlinked parts with the Mainland, the competency standards for Aircraft Maintenance Skills Units (UoC) are introduced into the classroom to organize classroom teaching according to competency standards so that students can acquire knowledge of the industry in line with industry standards. Shorten the transition time from “student ” to “professional person ”, enhance students’ position competitive ability.
