介绍一个集仿型加工、仿型测量、测量数据处理及数控加工一体化系统的结构、原理、功能及关键技术.依据不同的仿型测量方式连接成多面体模型,该多面体模型与层切平面求交,获得切削层轮廓,并在切削层内进行行切、环切轨迹规划.该方法可适用于多种仿型测量方式,并可用于复杂组合参数曲面数控加工的刀具轨迹生成
This paper introduces the structure, principle, function and key technologies of the integrated system integrating the profiling, profiling, measuring data processing and CNC machining. According to the different profiling methods, the polyhedron model is connected. The polyhedron model is intersected with the slice plane, the contour of the cutting layer is obtained, and the plan of the cutting and the circumcision is carried out in the cutting layer. The method can be applied to a variety of profiling methods, and can be used for toolpath generation of NC machining of complex combined parameters
