为探讨经尿道气化术治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤的临床效果 ,对 1998年 10月～ 2 0 0 0年 11月间2 6例浅表性膀胱肿瘤患者采用经尿道气化术进行治疗 . 2 6例均顺利完成手术操作 ,手术平均时间4 0 min,术中均未输血 ,未发生膀胱穿孔及大出血 .术后随访 2～ 18个月 ,3例复发 .结果表明 ,经尿道膀胱肿瘤气化术 (TVBT)具有快速、出血少、手术并发症少等优点 ,疗效满意 . To explore the clinical effect of transurethral vaporization in the treatment of superficial bladder tumors, transurethral vaporization was performed in 26 patients with superficial bladder tumors from October 1998 to November 2000. 2 6 cases were successfully completed the operation, the average operation time was 40 min, no intraoperative blood transfusion, no bladder perforation and hemorrhage were observed.All patients were followed up for 2 to 18 months and 3 patients relapsed.The results showed that transurethral bladder tumor gasification Surgery (TVBT) with fast, less bleeding, fewer complications and other advantages, with satisfactory results.
