笔者从凤尾菇原生质体再生菌株中,随机取出20株作瓶载,探索其出菇能力。后又将其产量最高的1株进行袋载扩大试验,现将结果简要报告于下:(一)材料与方法:供试凤尾菇原生质体再生菌株共20株,以凤尾菇出发菌株为对照。斜面培养基为PDA。栽培料为棉籽壳100公斤、蔗糖1公斤,石灰1公斤,水120~140公斤,拌匀后定量装瓶或装袋,常规灭菌,无菌操作接种,瓶栽各13瓶,扩大栽培各200袋。
