秦山第三核电厂闭式冷却水系统热交换器设计寿命40 a,是核安全相关设备。在使用3 a后,钛制管板和换热管突然出现大量冲蚀特征明显的损坏。分析后认为:海水系统的运行参数、设备材料选择和结构设计均没有充分考虑具体的海水环境,是导致设备发生严重冲蚀的根本原因;而脱落的衬胶改变了局部流场力学特征,是诱发设备突发性严重损坏的直接原因。通过系统改造、换管、管板修补和保护、重新衬里等工作,恢复并提高了设备的长期可靠性。
Qinshan Third Nuclear Power Plant closed cooling water system heat exchanger design life of 40 a, is nuclear safety related equipment. After analysis, it is concluded that the seawater system’s operating parameters, equipment material selection and structural design do not fully consider the specific seawater environment, which is the root cause of serious equipment erosion. The falling rubber liner changes the local flow field mechanical characteristics and is Direct cause of sudden serious damage caused by equipment. Through the system transformation, pipe change, tube plate repair and protection, re-lining and other work to restore and improve the long-term reliability of the equipment.
