本研究旨在探索计算机辅助训练程序对大学英语写作中常用词超用现象的矫正功效。基于习得年龄效应,本研究假设认为,语义相似的一组二语词项中,较早习得词相对于较晚习得词更具义形提取优势,从而导致常用词过度使用。文章根据词汇技能自动化假说提出较早习得词加工优势的机辅干预手段:加强同义较晚习得词产出性练习,提高较晚习得词提取的自动化程度。文章所进行的对比实验结果表明,较晚习得词产出性机辅训练程序优于接受性机辅训练程序与传统学习方式,其有效性是练习频率效应与语境效应叠加作用的结果。
The purpose of this study is to explore the effectiveness of computer-aided training programs in overusing common words in college English writing. Based on the learned age effect, the present study assumes that among the semantic similar sets of second language terms, the earlier learned terms are more amenable to extraction than later learned terms, resulting in the overuse of common words. Based on the lexical skill automation hypothesis, the article proposes the machine-assisted intervention means of earlier acquisition of word processing advantages: strengthening the production of synonymous late-learning verbs and improving the degree of automation of later acquisition. The comparative experiments conducted in this paper show that the late-acquired-word-generating machine-assisted training program is superior to the traditional machine-assisted training program and the traditional learning method. The validity of the program is the result of the additive effect of the practice frequency effect and the context effect.
