精液不液化是造成男性不育症的主要疾病之一,大量的临床资料证明,造成精液不液化的主要原因90％系前列腺炎、精囊炎。笔者以中医滋阴降火、活血化瘀为法,以知柏地黄汤加减,配合西药氟哌酸、VC等治疗该病62例,治愈52例,好转10例。
