目的比较宫内节育器(IUD)三种环型的临床使用效果。方法对置IUD母体乐者115例、置宫型环62例及置爱母环中号52例、小号46例的育龄妇女进行12个月随访观察。结果小号爱母环的腰腹痛、出血、清洁度异常发生率明显低于其他环型(P均<0.05);其ICU取出为0例,其他环型均有不同例数的取出。结论宫深在6.5～8.5cm都可置小号爱母环,不用担心其移位、脱落,副反应却明显减轻。
Objective To compare the clinical effects of three ring types of IUD. Methods A total of 115 pregnant women with idiopathic IUD were enrolled in this study. 62 cases of IUD and 62 cases of women of childbearing age were followed up for 12 months. Results The incidence of abdominal pain, hemorrhage and cleanliness in the ring of small loving mother ring was significantly lower than those in other ring types (all P <0.05). The ICU was removed in 0 cases and the other ring types were removed in different numbers. Conclusion Gongshen 6.5 ~ 8.5cm can be placed in small love ring, do not have to worry about their displacement, fall off, side effects were significantly reduced.
