技术锻炼是为艺术创造服务的,但是它决不能代替艺术创造。它们之间有区别又有联系。这个道理虽然大家都知道,但是在实践中却常常被混淆。前几年在台词教学中,由于自己先就没有弄清楚这个关系,因此在课程进行中常常感到困惑。一些技术性的课程,例如“逻辑重音”总不能引起同学们的重视,虽然同学们不重视技术锻炼是不应该的,然而如何引导同学们做到使技术服务于艺术创造,从而教育同学们认识体会到技术锻炼的重要,这却是教员应负的责任。最近结合自己的实践,零星片段地记下一点心得,
