钇镁合金是一种新型合金材料,由于它强度大,比重轻,已广泛应用于航空、航天工业。对其中钇镁成分的分析已有报道,但因其含量较低,一般都采用比色分析方法。为了开发稀土新产品,我们采用中间合金法生产致密状金属钇锭。对中间合金中钇和镁的测定就十分必要和急需。在这种合金中钇含量在80%左右,镁含量在20%左右,用一般比色法是无法解决的。也无这方面资料报道,故我们在文献基础上,通过试验拟定了钇镁合金中钇和镁的连续测定方法。一主要试剂盐酸、氨水、高氯酸:(1+1)分析纯氯化铵:分析纯硝酸:优级纯缓冲液:pH 5.5,称分析纯六次甲基四胺100g
Yttrium magnesium alloy is a new type of alloy material, because of its strength, light weight, has been widely used in aviation, aerospace industry. The analysis of the yttrium magnesium component has been reported, but because of its low content, colorimetric analysis is generally used. In order to develop new rare earth products, we use the intermediate alloy method to produce dense metal yttrium ingots. The determination of yttrium and magnesium in the master alloy is very necessary and urgently needed. In this alloy yttrium content of about 80%, magnesium content of about 20%, with the general colorimetric method can not be resolved. There is no such report, so on the basis of the literature, we have developed a method for the continuous determination of yttrium and magnesium in yttrium-magnesium alloy through experiments.
