针对新疆天山玉希莫勒盖隧道一段围岩性状左右侧相差较大的实际情况,为确保施工安全,优化施工方案,采用大型通用有限元分析软件,对上下台阶法、先开挖围岩条件较好一侧CD法及先开挖围岩条件较差一侧CD法等不同施工方案进行数值模拟计算。从围岩竖向位移、应力及初期支护力学行为等方面进行了系统的比较分析,得出了先开挖围岩条件较差一侧CD法为较优施工方案。该结论不仅直接指导了工程的施工,而且可为其他类似工程的施工技术比选和施工安全保障提供有益的参考。
In order to ensure the construction safety and optimize the construction scheme, a large general finite element analysis software was used to analyze the surrounding rock characteristics of the Yuxi Molygai Tunnel in Tianshan, Xinjiang. The CD method on the better side and the CD method on the poor side where the excavation of the surrounding rock is poor first were carried out numerical simulation. From the vertical displacement of surrounding rock, stress and initial support mechanical behavior and other aspects of a comparative analysis of the system, the first excavation of poor rock conditions on the side of CD as a better construction program. This conclusion not only directly guides the construction of the project, but also provides useful reference for the construction technology selection and construction safety assurance of other similar projects.
