钻井技术经过长时间的发展,目前已经形成了一套成熟的钻井工艺,但是在不同的油气田,不同的钻井区块,钻井过程出现的复杂情况是各不相同的。本文正是立足于青海油气田小梁山钻探的实际情况,针对小梁山地区钻探过程中所遇到的复杂情况进行了分析,以单井优化为目的,建立了一套科学合理的钻井技术体系。在论文中主要对梁101井工程、地质、泥浆几个方面出现的问题进行分析并提出解决方法,总结经验为在小梁山地区今后钻井作业奠定基础。
After a long period of development of drilling technology, a mature set of drilling technologies has been formed. However, the complicated situations in different drilling blocks and drilling processes are different in different oil and gas fields. Based on the actual situation of Xiaoliangshan drilling in Qinghai oil and gas field, this paper analyzes the complex situation encountered during the drilling in Xiaoliangshan area, and establishes a set of scientific and reasonable drilling technology system for the purpose of single well optimization. In the thesis, the main problems of Liang 101 well engineering, geology and mud are analyzed and the solutions are provided. The experience is summed up to lay the foundation for future drilling operations in the Xiaoliangshan area.
