一、树立新的教学理念高中生物有效教学中要求教师不仅要关注学生在生物学知识、情感态度与价值观及能力等方面的进步或发展;更要关注教学效益,要求教师要有时间与效益的观念,即在单位时间内学生的学习结果与学习过程综合考虑;还要关注可测性或者量化。在有效教学中,教师是学生学习的促进者、合作者、参与者,教学活动是学生通过教师的指导,学生自主活动、主动建构学习的过程。在有效教学中,教师是以研究者的心态致力于教学中的,以研究者的目光审视和分析生物学教学中的多种问题,不仅反思教学中的自身行为,还对学生中出现的多种问题进行反思,及时总结和上升已有的认识。
