采用选择腐蚀方法显示高速钢铸态组织中不同的共晶碳化物,利用图象分析仪系统研究了W、Mo及V对高速钢共晶碳化物数量的影响。结果表明,钢中增Mo减W,共晶碳化物总量及M_6C碳化物的数量降低,M_2C碳化物的数量升高。V不仅有利于MC碳化物的形成,而且明显促使M_2C碳化物的形成,抑制M_6C碳化物的形成。
Different eutectic carbides in high-speed steel as-cast microstructure were observed by selective corrosion method. The effect of W, Mo and V on the eutectic carbide content of high-speed steel was studied by using image analyzer system. The results show that the amount of Mo reduced by W, the total amount of eutectic carbide and the amount of M_6C carbides decreased, and the amount of M_2C carbides increased. V not only contributes to the formation of MC carbides, but also promotes the formation of M_2C carbides and inhibits the formation of M_6C carbides.
