目的:研究建立责任制整体护理模式下考核护理人员绩效的意义。方法:随机选取80名在我院工作的护理人员,把2014年度下半年作为对照组,此时没有采取责任制整体护理方案,把2015年度上半年作为观察组,此时采取了责任制整体护理方案,并比较其临床效果。结果:比较对照组及观察组的护理质量、病患满意度及护理人员绩效考核成绩,观察组均明显高于对照组,存在显著性差异(P<0.05),在统计学上有意义。结论:实施责任制整体护理模式取得了很好的效果,值得广泛进行推广。
Objective: To study the significance of establishing the nursing staff performance under the responsibility-based holistic nursing model. Methods: A total of 80 nursing staff working in our hospital were randomly selected, and the second half of 2014 was taken as the control group. At this time, the overall nursing program of responsibility was not taken and the first half of 2015 was taken as the observation group.
