本文利用箱式电炉及简易热天平研究了低合金灰铸铁(添加少量钛和稀土)和蠕墨铸铁在600℃、700℃时的抗氧化性能。文中研究了1、铸铁基本化学成分C、Si、Mn、S以及CE、Si/C的影响;添加少量Ti的影响。2、铸型冷速的影响(干砂型、金属型、石墨型)。3、残余稀土含量的影响,主要包括片状石墨分布特征和石墨形状的影响。4、测定并探讨了灰铸铁和蠕墨铸铁的氧化动力学曲线类型和它们的氧化过程。说明了细小的D型石墨、初生奥氏体枝晶分布及晶界在氧化过程中的行为。
In this paper, the oxidation resistance of low-alloy gray cast iron (with a small amount of titanium and rare earth added) and vermicular graphite cast iron at 600 ℃ and 700 ℃ was studied by means of a box-type electric furnace and a simple thermobalance. In this paper, 1, the basic chemical composition of cast iron C, Si, Mn, S and CE, Si / C; the impact of adding a small amount of Ti. 2, the impact of mold cooling rate (dry sand type, metal type, graphite type). 3, the residual rare earth content, including the distribution of flake graphite and graphite shape. The oxidation kinetics curves of gray cast iron and vermicular graphite cast iron and their oxidation process were measured and discussed. Describes the small D-type graphite, primary austenite dendrite distribution and the grain boundary in the oxidation process.
