对于软弱破碎围岩隧道的开挖施工需要综合采用预报、支护、监测等综合技术进行处理,本文以尕狼禅隧道的施工方案为例,介绍了软弱破碎围岩的处理技术,并对隧道CRD开挖方案进行了分析。尕狼禅隧道由于围岩条件较差,多处为V类围岩,因此开挖采用CRD工法进行施工。超前支护综合采用了多种支护技术,在开挖和支护方面采用的CRD技术使得隧道稳定性得到了保证。在监测方面采用比较先进的无接触法测量围岩变形。这些施工技术对于大断面软弱围岩隧道具有现实指导意义。
For the excavation and construction of soft and fragmented surrounding rock tunnels, the comprehensive application of comprehensive prediction, support and monitoring techniques should be taken. In this paper, CRD excavation program was analyzed. Due to the poor surrounding rock condition, the place of V-Wolf Zen tunnel is surrounded by V type of surrounding rock, so the CRD method is used for excavation. Comprehensive support for advanced support A variety of support technologies are used, and the CRD technology used in excavation and support allows for the stability of the tunnel. Monitoring in the use of more advanced non-contact method to measure the deformation of surrounding rock. These construction techniques are of practical significance for large-section and weak surrounding rock tunnels.
