目前国内钢铁制件长期封存常用的办法是“油封”。防锈油是在某些石油产品中添加适量的缓蚀剂制得的。根据已有的经验,用优良的缓蚀剂制得的防锈油浸涂制件,一般都此较可靠,其防锈期甚至可达好几年。但防锈有效期的长短,不仅与缓蚀剂的性能有关,防锈油的理化性能、包装法与材料(如包装纸、包装盒)以及所处环境等也都有相当重要的作用。我厂过去一直使用硬脂酸铝防锈油作长期封存,在实践过程中发现如下一些问题: At present, the common method of long-term storage of domestic steel parts is “oil seal.” Antirust oil is made by adding appropriate amount of corrosion inhibitor in some petroleum products. According to the existing experience, anti-rust oil dip coating made with excellent corrosion inhibitor is generally more reliable and the antirust period can reach several years. However, the effective period of anti-rust, not only with the performance of corrosion inhibitors, anti-rust oil physical and chemical properties, packaging methods and materials (such as wrapping paper, packaging boxes) and the environment also have a very important role. In the past, our factory always used aluminum stearate antirust oil for long-term storage. In practice, we found the following problems:
