近年来,济南市社会组织的数量稳定增长,其积极作用也日益凸显,山东省包括济南市在内陆续出台了一系列管理办法以促进社会组织积极作用的发挥,但济南市社会组织在发展中仍然存在着一定的制约因素。在社会管理创新背景下,要进一步发挥济南市社会组织的积极作用,需要进一步理顺政府与社会组织之间的关系,政府进一步给予社会组织财政支持,完善内外部监督机制,大力发展公益性社会组织。
In recent years, the number of social organizations in Jinan has been steadily increasing, and its positive role has become increasingly prominent. Shandong Province, including Jinan City, has successively introduced a series of management measures to promote the positive role played by social organizations. However, There are still some constraints. Under the background of social management innovation, in order to further play the positive role of Jinan’s social organizations, it is necessary to further rationalize the relationship between the government and social organizations. The government should further give financial support to social organizations, improve the internal and external supervision mechanisms and vigorously develop the public welfare society organization.
